Born in Barcelona in 1992, ROJO (Oriol Rojas) is a Director of Photography based in Granollers (BCN).

He holds degrees in Journalism and Audiovisual Communication and furthered his education at ESCAC (Escola Superior de Cinema i Audiovisuals de Catalunya), where he completed a Master’s in Film Directing followed by a Master’s in Cinematography.

Throughout his career, he has worked across a wide range of formats, including commercial campaigns, music videos, fiction films and documentaries. This versatility has allowed him to develop a visual language that adapts to the unique demands of each project while maintaining a strong cinematic sensibility.

With experience collaborating alongside directors, agencies, production companies and creative teams, he approaches cinematography as both a technical and narrative discipline. His work is driven by a constant search for visual coherence, emotional depth and a careful balance between aesthetics and storytelling.

Influenced by both documentary realism and cinematic craftsmanship, he is particularly interested in the expressive possibilities of light, texture and movement. His aim is to create images that not only serve the story but also leave a lasting visual impression on the audience.
